We spent this past weekend at home. We were invited by Eric Bowman to do a show at a campground Friday night. We took several pictures. We'll get some posted soon at the www.countrydrive.com site. Saturday night Eric and Roger Owens came over and we picked for a few hours. Tracy recently ordered a new bass and it had arrived when we got home. When you buy a new electric guitar or bass, you have to make some fine tuning adjustments to it so it will play just right. You want the strings to be as close as possible to the neck of the guitar so they will be easy to push when you note the guitar. If you get them too close, however, they will buzz against the frets, so you have to really know what you are doing. Fortunately for us, Roger knows what he is doing when it comes to working on guitars and he was nice enough to set Tracy's up for her. He did a great job too. It's good to have smart friends.

   Sunday, we had a nice dinner with the family. If we stay on this run, it will probably be Thanksgiving before we get to do that again.
