We are sitting at the Wisconsin scale house near the Illinois state line. They inspected Tracy again. She is inside. Don't know yet if she got a ticket this time. It looks like they do pull women into these scalehouses for inspections alot more than they do men. We will report on whether she got a ticket or not in the next blog.
