Tracy didn't get a ticket yesterday but they gave us both a written warning. All of the paperwork was good, all of the plackards on our hazmat load were right and everything on the truck was good. Guess they had to find something though, so they wrote us up because we were both in the front of the cab. When you are not driving you are supposed to be back in the sleeper. No way can you stand to stay back there half of the time. Whoever isn't driving will have to start jumping back there when we go through a government scale. At least we only got a warning.
