What a great weekend at home we just had. Eric Bowman asked us to do a show with him, so we went, and had a wonderful time. Eric played banjo and dobro. A guy named Greg Fields played mandolin and his wife Mary Ann played fiddle. I didn't get their website, but he said they were associated with East Tennessee State University's website. Gar Cutshall played guitar. He is the musical expert at Gosnell's Music in Greeneville,Tn. We also got to meet a guy named Ray Dearstone. He played bass. This guy not only plays, but he builds some really fine musical instruments. His website is www.dearstone.com . It is an extremely rewarding experience to get to perform with fine musicians like these. There were about 200 people in the audience and they must have liked it because they gave us a standing ovation at the end of the night. We envy the professional musicians who get to do this all of the time.
